Sometimes being Synthetic is good!

Synthetic usually means fake, and cheap. Not as good as the real thing, right? Not when it comes to Transmission fluid. most cars are Automatics now, and the fluid does a lot of work.  And takes a lot of abuse. Traditional ATF is made just like engine oil, refined down and additives installed.  Synthetic fluid goes through an extra process that changes the molecules slightly giving them different properties. The best synthetics change nearly all of the molecules over. Lesser ones don’t, and are sometimes called blends, or given fancy names.  That’s what sets BG apart, it is a Full Synthetic, able to flow and take heat like no other. Given the cost of Transmission repairs now, a good fluid is worth it’s weight in Gold, ( that’s a lot! ).

This test is brutal and basically destroys the transmission.

Brand A, up to about I are standard fluid, Brand O is  a semi-synthetic. As you can see, all but Three don’t make 100 minutes.  BG does almost 900 minutes. No contest!
